Community Nutrition Practicum Experience
During my Community Nutrition Practicum with UTSA Dining/Aramark, I supported the campus Nutritionist in planning, preparing, and delivering nutrition-focused events for students. My responsibilities included food demonstrations, recipe development, nutrition education, community engagement, and organizing interactive outreach activities designed to promote budget-friendly, accessible, and culturally inclusive eating habits. This section highlights selected projects I contributed to throughout the semester.
